Abstract

Two fingered arm robot are designed to follow the movements of human hands including humanoid robots because they resemble human arms. This fingered arm robot is made for development in the world of robotics education. The design of two fingered robot arms is divided into two parts, the controller part of the human arm (Transmitter) and the Robot Finger Arm (Reciever). Two Arm fingered robot uses Arduino mega 2560 on the control arm (Transmitter) and the robot arm fingered (Receiver). Wireless data transmission media on transmitter and receiver used Bluetooth HC-05. The robot fingers are driven by HS-81 servo motors using ropes as pullers meanWhile the robot shoulder is driven using Mg465 servo motor. The servo motor is selected as the driver because it would be locked when it is given current and voltage and it would be moves when it is pulse. The incoming current of the servo motor is driven simultaneously at 1.2 A because the load is greater than the alternating switching of 0.8 A. The servo motor on the shoulder reaches only 35o angle according with the rotation of the 45o potentiometer and the servo motor on the finger only reaches 35o angle according to the flex sensor flexure 90o due to weight and mechanical load is less precision. the next robot For further development on the robot finger as well as using the servo motor metal gear to be stronger to pull the hand to move. The physical form of controller and robot effect on the robot movement itself, so it takes a more precise and accurate mechanical design of the loading factor on Robot Arm.
