Today Governmenthasreleasedvariouspoliciestoreducevehicleoverloadonthe road. Overload can cause premature damaging early and reducing pavement serviceabilty. In other cases, overload can improved macro economy, faster movement of logistic. This research was done to know advantages and disadvantagesofoverload. Pavementstructureinitsfunctiondecreaseswithagecomparable pavement and increasing traffic burden borne from the initial condition of pavementdesign.Increasinglycongestedtrafficandevolvewithdevelopmentsin allaspectsoflife.Pavementageisgenerallydefinedby thecumulativenumberof standardvehicletrajectory(CESA,cummulativeequivalentstandardaxle)which isexpectedtobethroughthepavement,thepavementiscalculatedfromthestart wasmade,andthegeneraluseuntilthepavement isconsidered defective(out valueservices).
