Abstract
Coconut is one of the plantation trade goods that have many uses because the main result and also the waste can be utilized as a product of economic value. Exploitation of coconut products is still limited and can be sold in fresh form as well as traditional in-shape coconut oil. Income improvement efforts of coconut farmers can be done by diversifying coconut products on a family scale. One of the products produced from coconuts such as Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) or coconut oil purification. VCO has great benefits for the health of the human body. Virgin Coconut Oil made from fresh coconut without going through the process of instillation.
