Abstract
This research is focused on how to design a story book entitled “Monpera” written in English. The research and development (R&D) method modified by Sukmadinata (2005) was used in this study. The method consists of three steps; preliminary study, model development, and final product testing. In designing the story book, knowledge about Monpera and story book, English writing skill, and graphic design knowledge and skill were really needed. In developing the story book draft, the criticism and suggestions provided by experts were very valuable.
