Abstract

The design of automatic cat feeding device using android and SMS gateway arduino based will feed the cat contained in containers1 and 2. At lunch hour the container 1 will open up to 50g of feed weight to fill the cat's feeding place and will provide information in the form of SMS that the cat has been fed. While in the afternoon hours then the container 2 will open up to the weight of feed on the 50g cat cats and will provide information in the form of SMS messages containing cats have been fed. For curfew container 1 and 2 will be up to 100g of cat weight for each container and will provide information in the form of SMS that the cat has been fed dinner. This tool also provides information in the form of SMS when the container 1 or 2 will run out. The coverage of the SMS operator depends on the signal from the operator used by the SIM900A modem, as long as the signal is still available or within the range of the monitoring tower, the SMS information service will continue to function.
