Abstract

Along with the growth and development of industry, so many companies switch to using the power of the engine supplied by electricity this resulted in the need for increased electrical energy such as electric motors, therefore many electric motors are damaged due to motor operation not in accordance with the nominal value limit listed on Name plate. One of the motor repair process is Rewinding of stator or motor rotor. Based on several measurements with the calculation obtained, the overall three-phase induction motor that has been rolled down produces a decreasing efficiency. This is caused by many factors, including the materials used, the state of the motor itself, the winding process, the number of loops, the size of the wire, the quality of the copper, the mica paper used, and the resistance to the motor load itself. At the time of the torque experiment 0.2, the motor rotation has maximum, because when the torque is raised again, the motor is not normal and hot.
