Abstract

Hospitals are one of the health facilities that people choose when they are sick. Because of its nature as a means of public health a lot. So the Hospital should have a security system that fits for many people. The system of door security in a particular room in the hospital is an important system, where to open the door must get permission from the hospital. The security system of the door can be a password. In this design system using Arduino Uno.Arduino Uno is a microcontroller board based on ATmega328. To support the microcontroller in order to use, simply connect only the Arduino Uno Board to the computer using a USB or power cord with AC to the DC adapter or battery to run it. At this pmbahasan will be discussed about the application of the Arduino sliding entrance using a password that uses one enter the matrix keypad. Matrix keypad are buttons arranged matrically using 3x4 matrix keypad. LCD is used as dot matrix. The LCD functions as a viewer to be used to display the current output character.
