Abstract

This report describes the application of the use of metal sensors to the 315 MHz radio control module for airport entrance security. This tool is made as a reference for designing airport entrance security. The workings of these robots are controlled with a wireless radio frequency of 315 Mhz that has been mounted on a metal detector. With metal detector and radio control module 315 Mhz so that if metal detector detect metal, automatically radio frequency module 315 Mhz will send signal of information to receiver which next mikrokontroller will ordered servo motor to move door equal to 90. The 315 MHz radio control module for airport entrance security uses one microcontroller. This microcontroller is used for motor control servo, buzzer, and voice recorder as a warning sign. Proximity range of inductive proximity sensor with PRL30 - 15DP2 series with metal object in this tool is 1.5 cm and wireless remote range range with receiver in this device reaches 500 cm.
