Abstract

The baking system used in households only rely on timer control that sometimes does not correspond to the length of baking time. As a result, the cookies has a void. To overcome these problems it requires automation technology in ensuring the ripening of baked cookies precisely in terms of temperature andripening color. The detector of the ripening color cake by using the Pixy CMUCam5 camera sensor on automatic electric baking desing works based on the color change detection method through the detected color block translation has achieved the color thresold value stored in CMUCam5 internal memory. The training and storage process is done through the introduction of colors that will be used as reference on PixyMon applications. The allocation of memory is determined by the signature addresses 1, 2 and 3 (S = 1, S = 2, S = 3) for each sample value of the cookies type detection. From the results of the tests, the ripening level will be responded through the number of each block detected color will be detected different every mode of the cookies type. On lidah kucing oreo cookies the number of blocks of color detected are  5 blocks, greentea cookies are  9 blocks and sagukejubulan cookies are  4 blocks so it is known thatgreentea cookies can be detected with good because of significant color changes from before ripe to after ripe. Detection time capability detected object is also proportional to the distance of the object that is at a distance of 20 cm in 2 seconds and at a distance of 7 cm in 0.5 seconds.
