Abstract

THEANALYSISOFHEALTHLEVELOFKOPERASIKARYAWANPTTASPENPALEMBANG DithyaPrasmudhya,2014(xiv+70pages)Email:DithyaPrasmudhya04@gmail.com Cooperativeisoneoftheeconomicforcethatdrivethegrowthofthenationaleconomy.SHUorcooperativeprofittobeoneoftheimportantelementsinimprovingthewelfareofitsmembers.ThisresearchaimstoanalyzetheperformancesofKoperasiKaryawanPTTaspenPalembangbasedontheRegulationoftheMinisterofCooperativesAndSmallAndMediumEnterprisesRepublicofIndonesiaNumber14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009.Theparameterconsistofassessmentsevenaspectiscapital,productivenessassetquality,management,efficiency,liquidity,independenceandgrowth,andtheidentityofthecooperative.Thisresearchisdescriptivequantitativestudy,whichusesthemethodofdocumentationintheformofannualfinancialreportsandinterviewsconductedonemployeesasamethodofdatacollection. Theresultsshowonperiod2010-2011theperformancesofKoperasikaryawanPTTaspenPalembangwithpredicated“HEALTHYENOUGH”.While,onperiod2012theperformancesofKoperasikaryawanPTTaspenPalembangwithpredicated“HEALTHYLESS”.Butsomeoftheaspectsneedtobeconsidered.ofTheSevenAspectsAssessments,capitalaspect,managementaspect,liduidityaspect,andidentitycooperationaspectofthecooperativeaspectsarethebestofall,itshowedbytheacquisitionofamaximumscoreofeachratio.Productivenessassetqualityaspect,efficiencyaspectandindependenceandgrowthaspecthastheworstscoreofall.Thisisindicatedbyalowscoreoneachratio.
