Abstract
THE ANALYSIS OF LIQUIDTY AND SOLVENCY RATIO AND INFLUENCE ON STOCK PRICE IN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN BEI 2009–2012 PERIOD Firdha Ningtyas, 2014 ( xv + 48pages) Email: firdhafirdhatya@gmail.com The tittle of this final research is “The Analysis Of Liquidity and Solvency Ratio and Influence On Stock Price In Transportation Company In BEI 2009-2012”.This research purpose to know abput the analysis and the influence of independent variable that have significant influence to stock price. Data that used was financial report and annual report from transportation company that were from www.idx.co.id website. The variables used in this study is liquidity and solvency as the independent variable and the dependent variable as stock price. Liquidity is measured by Current Ratio (X1), solvency is measured with the Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), and stock price is measured by close price (Y). The results showed that simultaneous Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant influence on Stock Price and for parsial only Debt to Equity (DER) does not have to significant influence on Stock Price. The case show that Current Ratio that have a big influence to Stock Price Keyword : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Stock Price
