Abstract
The Analysis of Differential Accounting Information In Decision Making of Special Order at CV Rariz Grafika Palembang Endang Priyatin, 2014 (xiv + 74 Pages) epriyatin@yahoo.com Writing the final report aims to know calculating and arranging of differential accounting information in decision making to accept or reject special order at CV Rariz Grafika Palembang. Based on the observations made by the authors, management of the company is not not use differential accounting information as basis for decision making yet, so the company gets difficulty to accept or reject special order with the demand price which is below of the normal selling price. The calculation of the cost of production for a special order products by using activity based costing method approach must be done to determine differential cost. Furthermore, doing the calculation and arranging of differential accounting information by comparing differential cost and differential income to know about profit or loss can be got by the company if the company accept or reject special order. Based on calculating and arranging of differential accounting information, CV Rariz Grafika Palembang should accept the special order on December 2013, because if the special order is acceptted it will be increasing the company’s profit.
