Abstract
Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Good Corporate Governance to Firm Value (Study on Badan Usaha Milik Negara Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange Period of 2010-2012) Andini Dian Pertiwi, 2014 (xiv + 56 pages) andini.d.pertiwi@gmail.com The purpose of this study to identify and analyze whether Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure and Good Corporate Governance simultaneously and partially effect to the firm value on the Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population in this study is annual reports of BUMN listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012 and to decide the sample is using purposive sampling technique. The data used is panel data. The analysis technique used is the descriptive statistic analysis, data quality tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the test results, Corporate Social Responsibility Index and Corporate Governance Perception Index simultaneously effect significant to firm value. Partially Corporate Social Responsibility Index give the significant effect to firm value, but partially Corporate Governance Perception Index does not give significant effect to firm value.
