Abstract
The Effect of Current Ratio, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin to Stock Price on Tourism, Rastaurant and Hotel Companies Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 201-2013 Devita Oktavianis, 2014 (xiv + 47 pages) Devitaoktavianis@gmail.com The purpose of this study to identify and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to stock price in simultaneously and partially on the tourism, restaurant, and hotel companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2013. Sampling used perposiv sampling with 12 companies from 20 companies. The analysis technique used is the descriptive statistic analysis with the multiple linear regression tests. Based on the test results that Current Ratio (CR), Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) simultaneously effect positif and significant to stock price. Current Ratio (CR) does not effect to stock price,whereas Earnings Per Share (EPS) effect positive and significant to stock price and Net Profit Margin (NPM) does not effect and to stcok price. Advice given is the company should good performance especially in genearting profits that investors want to invest in the company and will increase the stock price. For next researcher are expected to develop the scope of the study and add variables of the study. Keywords: Current Ratio, Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin and Stock Price.
