Abstract
English department learn about how to improve skill for English. In English, there are four skills for learn, one of them is writing skill.One of the ways to improve writing skill by writes a short story. After making short story, the author can analyzed their short story by using theory of Vladimir Propp. Because of that, the writer presents this final report entitled “Analyzing Short Story Entitled ‘A Piece of Imagination’ Using Theory of Vladimir Propp.” The purpose of this final report is to inform that we can find the textual functions the short story based on Vladimir Propp’s theory.
