Abstract
This Final Report discuss about the application of archival systems Office Automation (OA) in PT PLN (Persero) Southern Sumatra. The author would like to know how efficient application filing system Office Automation (OA) in PT PLN (Persero) Palembang. The authors used observations, questionnaires, and literature to obtain the datas. To analyze this report the author used the theories of literature that related to the efficiency of the application filing system Office Automation (OA) in PT PLN (Persero) Plant South Sumatra. In this paper the author find that there is a significant positive effect between archival system with Office Automation (OA). Based on the discussion, the authors conclude that the application of the system of archival Office Automation (OA) can help to increase productivity and efficiency of the office of PT PLN (Persero) Plant South Sumatra. Based on the discussion, the author give some recommendation to increase the productivity and efficiency, such as PT PLN should maintain the computer system continuously and also should increase the internet speed capacity.
