Abstract

This final report is aimed to write a tourism promotional video script of Midang Morge Siwe. Midang Morge Siweis a paradea group of people around the city wearing traditional dresses and accessories. The purpose of this final report is to find out the steps in writing a tourism promotional video script of Midang Morge Siwe.The writer used Research and Development Method from Sukmadinata (2005) using 2 of 3 main steps: Preliminary Study and Development of the Product. The writer did not do the last step (Final Product Testing) due to the lack of time, budget, and legality aspect. The script was written by the writer and supported by some experts’ suggestions for a better final version.It was reviewed by 4 experts in 3 aspects: script writing, content, and language.The final script is recorded as a narration in English and inserted as a subtitle in Indonesian in the video.
