Abstract
Research in this final report made at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai Palembang. The title of this research is the analysis of the factors affecting decisions on the use of prepaid electrical household type of PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai Palembang. The Data in this report is obtained by means of a questionnaire distributed to 100 users of prepaid electrical household type of PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai Palembang. The Data in the analysis of multiple linear regression using. It can be concluded from this report that the overall cultural factors, social factors, psychological factors and personal factors affect the decision of prepaid electricity demand of households on the PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai Palembang. In a partial test only 2 (two) factors that influence the decision to prepaid the electricity demand of households on the PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai Palembang. Keywords: Psychological factors, Social factors, Personal factors,Cultural factors and Decision prepaid electricity usage.
