Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to know about combination production to achieve maximum profit by using Linear Programming Simplex Method at Pempek Ekspress Palembang. The data obtained by means live interview to the speakers about production data and other supporting data. This final report using qualitatif data and quantitatif data. From the result of final report, data obtained from the calculation of data by using Linear Programming Simplex Method. To achieve maximum profit Pempek Ekspress Palembang must produce pempek telur besar as much as 99.260 units without producing pempek krispy. By producing pempek telur besar as much as 99.260 units, Pempek Ekspress Palembang obtain a maximum profit of Rp 718.921.746,91. That profit is maximum profit from calculation by using analysis Linear Programming Simplex Method.
