This research was conducted to find out what factors influence students decision making in selecting a SMK Xaverius Palembang. In doing research, the author used field research data collection i.e. interview and questionnaire and research literature. The authors provide or distribute questionnaire to 76 respondents using the formula Slovin. Culture fakctor, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors are influetial and powerful and significant decision making against student by 60%. Meanwhile, the rest of it by 40% is affected by other factors. Of the partial test (t).
