Abstract
The objectives of this research are to know the influence job satisfaction on employee turnover and factors dominant influence on employee turnover in PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Palembang. To achieve that, the writer used field research to collecting data. The writer using SPSS version 20.0 in this research and gave questionnaire to 88 respondens by using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. From the result of data analysis, there is strong and significant influence job satisfaction on employee turnover by 62,9%. Meanwhile, the rest of that is 37,1% was influenced by another variables out of job satisfaction. From the partial test (t test), obtained result the influence of variable salary/wages by 68,7%. So, variable salary/wages more dominant influence than other variables of job satisfaction factors. Because salary/wages is the most important thing in the works.
