Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to determine parent’s perception of service quality at Raudhatul Atfal P.M Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin Palembang. The writer collected the data used questionnaire and the questionnaire were gave to the parents as the responden. Based on the results of analysis that has been done using important performance analysis, obtained results that average score of performance (X) is 3,19 and average score of importance (Y) is 3,38. It means that the level of service quality performance in Raudhatul Atfal P.M Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin Palembang still below the standard expected by parents. Therefore, Raudhatul Atfal P.M Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin palembang needs to improve their performance especially in tangible dimension in order to get ideal level of service quality performance that was expected by parents.
