Abstract
The Purpose of this final report is to know the factors that can causes the working accident and how the system of safe and health working at PT Pusri Palembang. The data is collected through the direct interview from informant to ask the things about the system of safe and health working of PT Pusri Palembang at factory area. The data is analysed by descritive kualitatif method. From the discusses of Final Report, there are two factors that cause the working accident. The first factor is the direct cause such as unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. The second factor is the basic cause such as the environment factor which has not good maintenance and has not supervise from staf that can make the employees do the unsafe act and obey the safe rules. This problem happens because the system of safe and health does not work well so there are the employees that obey the safe rules from company. From this problem the writer can give suggestion that safe and health staffs do their obligations in supervising the employees that do the work which has high risk so the employees will not do the acts which can make his/her self in danger situation. If the employees still obey the rules, the employees will get the punishment.
