Abstract
The final report describes the calculation of the construction rambu suar tanjung api-api by using network planning method at CV Eternity Nusantara Palembang. CV Eternity Nusantara has never used network planning method in planning time and cost required. The purpose of this report is to determine the role of network planning in achieving time and cost optimal project. The benefits of this report is can save time and cost of the project. The type of data source that was used in the writing of this report is primary data and secondary data. The results of this report is by using network planning which generates an optimal time for 142 days with a total cost of project is Rp 2.025.899.256, different from the planning by the contractor as CV Eternity is for 180 days with a total cost of project is Rp 2.202.530.091. Therefore, writer suggested CV Eternity Nusantara Palembang to using network planning methods in the implementation of the project
