Abstract
The purpose of this Final Report is to design an electronic filing system based on Microsoft Access 2010 on the Administration department of PT United Tractors Tbk. Palembang branch, the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and data were collected by interviews and observation. The problem that occurs is still using a manual filing system, it happened when the archive is needed and it takes a long time to finding it and the company should change the manual filing system to electronic filing. Therefore, the authors designed an electronic filing system based on Microsoft Access 2010 to facilitate employees in the Administration department of PT United Tractors Tbk.
