Abstract
The purpose of the research is to find out to analyze perception of patient in the Klinik Yazri Palembang. This final report entitled Patient’s Perception of Service Quality at Klinik Yazri Palembang. In writing this final report, data collected by questioner and interviews. Then analyzed using descriptive methods of description, classification and analyze the data and information are relevant to the problems that exist. Then analyze data using Microsoft Excel 2010, and then to determine the consistency or not the service that has been given to the patient can be seen from the mapping of Cartesian Diagram by comparing the theories are used, then the data obtained in the fact that most patients at the Klinik Yazri Palembang was satisfied with the quality of service provided. Satisfaction of the most dominant give influence on the patients seen in in the dimention of variable responsiveness with performance index value of 94,76%. The writing suggestion the Klinik Yazri Palembang in order to improve services, especially dimention of variable reliabilities with the performance index value of 84,6%. They have to be done because these physical facts are the most dominant service and have the strongest connection of the other variables.
