Abstract

Palm oil industry is one of the industries with the largest wastewater producer in Indonesia. Usually, the wastewater is using an aerobic pool to substract the waste range where the pool is uneffective and unenviromental basic so it can potentially pollute the water environment. To solve this case, we try to design an instrument thet produce methane gas. With three hundred liters a minute flowrate and temperature's of room, the instrument is using fermentation process with a vacum pool that compares to the others industry. If the methane gas contents are standardly suitable, where it is 50 percents, so the biogas is can be used to be fuel. The manufacture of palm oil industry is not onlyproduce methane gas but also the water that can be used as the water and sludge process that can be prepare anymore to be an organic liquid ferrtilizer.
