Abstract

The goal of this research is to produce a booklet of Alas Coffee and promote and promote Alas Coffee as culinary in Pagaralam. The purposes of writing this final report is to find out the way of how to design the booklet of Alas Coffee as Culinaray in Pagaralam.The methodology of this research is Research and Development by Sugiyono (2012), they are: potential and problem, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trails, product revision.Based on the finding, the writer made a design of culinary in Pagaralam booklet that can promote Alas Coffee. The design were created by the wroter with some corrections and suggestion from the experts. It is concluded that the booklet may give information to the readers about Robusta Coffe by Alas Coffee and can be used as a media to promote Alas Coffee as culinary in Pagaralam.
