ABSTRACT Pipeline Distribution System Planning Water Clean in Desa Warga Mulya Kecamatan Plakat tiggi Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Warga Mulya village located in the district of Musi Banyuasin High Plaque is a residential area from year to year the population continues to increase, but often an obstacle for customers where the water supply is no less well served. The purpose of the writer wanted to know how much water should discharge flowing in the region. Methodology used is by collecting secondary data. Population data used to calculate the projected number of residents 20 years, from the results of these calculations relates to calculate the amount of water demand, which in turn is used to analyze the pipe network with Hardy Cross method is considered that the characteristics of the pipe and the flow entering and leaving the known pipeline and will discharge computed on each element of the network. From the results of calculation of water requirements, water flow will come flowing in the village area high plaque Warga Mulya subdistrict Banyuasin district for 20 Years Ahead (2013-2023).
