Kantor Camat Ilir Barat II Palembang merupakan pembagian wilayah administratif di bawah kota yang beralamat di Jl.Makrayu/AKBP Agustjik No. 1050 Palembang. Tujuan dari penyusunan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Website Informasi Kependudukan pada Kantor Camat Ilir Barat II Palembang dengan pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Masalah pada Kantor Camat Ilir Barat II Palembang adalah penyebaran informasi kependudukan yang masih terbatas. Sehingga website ini dibuat untuk mempermudah staf seksi pemerintahan dalam melakukan penyebaran informasi kependudukan. Website informasi kependudukan ini menghasilkan informasi jumlah penduduk, informasi kependudukan yang terdiri dari angka kelahiran, angka kematian, dan jumlah perpindahan penduduk pada setiap bulannya, prosedur pembuatan Kartu Tanda Penduduk sementara, prosedur pembuatan KTP-EL, prosedur pembuatan Kartu Keluarga, prosedur perubahan Kartu Keluarga, prosedur pencetakan ulang Kartu Keluarga karena hilang, prosedur pembuatan surat pindah dan pelayanan masyarakat.
