Abstract
GPS is a system of navigation and positioning that seems to be the most popular today. In Indonesia, however, many GPS applied, especially that related application demanding information about the position. Current GPS have been found in various brands of mobile phone. But the GPS on your mobile in general is only able to track the whereabouts of myself, therefore application made it aims to track the whereabouts of others who use these application based on android. On the use of this application must be in a state to connect to the internet to mobile network to be tracked can update their location and tells it location by SMS Mobile that contains its own coordinate points that will be sent to the mobile phone client from server if the server request mobile phone. Many of the influences that will affect the working of this application system is a provider and to network, mobile phone brand and also the weather conditions when running application for ask and send location coordinates points. Provider fastest delivery location coordinates points is simpati and the network is HSPA and provider ‘Three’ premises are overdue Edge network.
