Abstract
Pembuatan laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk membahas cara memblokir akses download file berdasarkan ekstensi menggunakan mikrotik routerboard pada jurusan teknik komputer. Router Mikrotik merupakan router yang memiliki fitur lengkap. Salah satu fitur yang cukup sering digunakan dari Router Mikrotik itu sendiri adalah Web Proxy. Mungkin anda sering menemukan situs-situs yang berbahaya atau tidak sengaja mendownload file dengan ekstensi tertentu yang berupa virus. Maka diperlukan lah web proxy sebagai keamanan jaringan agar dapat memfiltering situs- situs yang berbahaya atau sensitif dan juga memblokir akses download file dengan ekstensi tertentu yang berbahaya.
