Abstract

Book Borrowers in Library Using Barcode as Identity-based ATMega16 is a facilitates visitors to the library to borrow books, where the barcode can be input automatically data of the book. When pressed Barcode Reader, Barcode Scanner Handheld will the emit light of a photo diode. Light flashed across a row of the barcode, then photo diodes will be receive the intensity of reflected light and convert it into electrical signals. Barcode reading the data and transmits data from the barcode reading using media such as a USB Port to Personal Computer. On Personal Computer data base are using MySQL software. Once the barcode data translated and matched with that of the data base, then data will automatically appear on the screen. This barcode scanners gives us easy by simply pressing a button on the barcode reader data of the book borrowed will be input automatically. For the future development of the tool on the computer screen can display information to visitors as well as what is borrowed book also displays how long the person visiting the library.
