Abstract

In the world of agriculture, one of the field is the sprouts, which in one of the production process is seeding, seeding is usually done by sprouts sprout producers to spend 2 days in production, so it takes a long time and considerable effort. This problem arises from an effective solution in utilizing the time and effort to create a tool seeding system and separator skin sprouts sprouts with water-based method Microcontroller atmega 16, this tool using atmega 16 microcontroller program that uses a pump to pump the water so that the driver will be issued by the shower of his sources using water, shower are off when touch sensors on, after shrinking water and water does not touch the sensor below and receive pause approximately 1 hour 30 minutes then automatically pump will remove water back and forth until the beans grow as did germination. These devices are managed in accordance with the plan and can work well, with this tool can help producers in producing sprouts sprouts, well it reduces the time and effort wasted, with this tool such matters can be minimized . So the greater the sprout production according to the needs of today's society and future, this tool will be better if any modification tool for removal of sprouts from tub to tub seeding sprouts sprouts automatically separator skin as well as the renewal of the skin separation tub sprouts are located in skin screening sprouts sprouts that will be separated by the skin does not go to the tub drain.
