Abstract

Industry and trade have a very broad scope, thereby monitoring the implementation should be carried out strictly, without any supervision, industry and trade sector will not achieve optimal results, to overcome the problem of constructing a building the Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) industry and trade Center for quality Supervision and Certification of Goods (BPSMB) in South Sumatra Province in charge of helping to improve the quality of products through testing and reliable real quality in order to increase export, import controls, and provide quality assurance to consumers so as to improve the quality of the product thoroughly. In this building, the entire building using reinforced concrete structure designed to withstand earthquakes and buildings strutur using bore pile foundation as the lower part of the building structure. Planning is the author refers to the structure of some such book Reinforced Concrete Structures and Planning Dipohusodo Istimawan bouquet of reinforced concrete structures in earthquake prone areas bouquet Gideon Kusuma. From the planning of the Laboratory Building (UPTD) is planned column dimensions 30 x 30 cm ² dimater reinforcement 20 mm, dimensions 30 x 50 beam reinforcement diameter 19 mm, joist dimensions 25 x 35 cm ² to 16 mm diameter reinforcement for the roof and 18 mm for floor, the thickness of the plate 10 cm in diameter reinforcement of 8 mm to 10 mm for the roof and floor, and foundation depth of 15 meters. Based on calculations it can be concluded that this structure is stable and safe.
