Peroration is the most critical stage owell completion steps, conventional peroration method involving explosivematerials hasmany shortcomings, especially in terms o transportation and handling, dificulties in operation and other dangerous conditions that cause explosives gun to all into the well. Thereore, the Abrasive Peroration method is the right choice or the uture. The use o proppant as an abrasive media causes problem in cleaning the remaining proppant that settles in the wellbore. Thus, the use o calcium borate which has abrasive properties and can dissolve inhydrochloric acid is expectedtoovercometheproblems that exist in the proppant. Thereore, it does not require cleaning action and can save operating time, costs and increase saety on the operational side at the same time.
