When the economy is growing rapidly in Palembang, so it would be nice if companies could invest to promote the city of Palembang, in order to make the city of Palembang be more crowded, can create jobs locally and help reduce unemployment in the city of Palembang. One of the major companies that are interested in developing the investment, namely PT. Sekawan Kontrindo (SK). Mega projects of PT. SK is OPI Business Center (OBC) who undertake the construction of commercial building floor OPI 3 in Jakabaring Palembang. Construction of this project is located precisely in the area Opi Jakabaring on an area of 120 hectares in the city of Palembang. In this building structure using concrete materials and using pile foundation. Planning is based on the structure of SNI 03-1729-2002 as the basic rules as well as other books related to the structural design of reinforced concrete. From the results of this commercial building design used a square pile foundation-sized (20 x 20) cm with a depth of 12 m, the dimensions of the column size (30 x 50) cm and uses reinforcement diameter 22 mm, the diameter of the beam (25 x 40) cm and (30 x 55) cm and a thick slab n is 120 mm. Based on the calculations it can be concluded that this structure is stable and secure. KATA PENGANTAR
