Abstract
by structure in the articles of Globe Asia magazine. The title of this study is “Types of Sentences found in the Articles of Globe Asia Magazine on March 2014 Edition”. The writer wants to know more the types of sentences classified by structure that are used in the articles of Globe Asia magazine and percentage of the types of sentences. The data were collected by Documentary Method. Then, the data were analyzed by doing some steps such as: reading the articles, determining the types of sentences, classifying the types of sentences, classifying the percentage of sentence and interpreting the result of analyzing. The result shows that the dominant sentences that are used in the articles of Globe Asia magazine is simple sentence. Keywords: Types of sentences, Articles.
