Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pelaksanaan tugas sekretaris pada PT PLN Indonesia Power UPHK Palembang. Metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Peneliti melaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2023. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden yaitu seluruh karyawan PT PLN Indonesia Power UPHK Palembang. Hasil penelitian yaitu total rata-rata skor yaitu sebesar 4,23 yang dimana skor tersebut tidak mencapai skor ideal dan termasuk kedalam kategori kurang baik, maka dari itu diperlukannya perbaikan dan juga pelatihan yang harus dilakukan oleh sekretaris sehingga pelaksanaan tugasnya akan semakin baik dikemudian hari.
