Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah Membuat Aplikasi Internship Management Berbasis Website Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Menggunakan Framework Laravel yang meliputi lihat, tambah, verifikasi, edit dan hapus data, mengelola data pengajuan, mengelola data-data peserta pkl serta mengunduh laporan peserta sebagai laporan oleh Admin. Sedangkan Calon Peserta dapat melakukan pendaftaran atau pengajuan PKL dan Peserta PKL dapat melakukan pendataan data peserta, data presensi, data aktivitas harian, data laporan serta mendapatkan sertifikat. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem ini adalah Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram Level 1, Blockchart, Flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram, Kamus Data dan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman framework PHP yaitu Laravel serta database MySQL. Sistem ini terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu halaman Admin dan halaman User. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola data dan sertifikat peserta PKL serta mempermudah pegawai dalam penerimaan PKL.
