Abstract
Teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat seiring berjalannya waktu. Salah satu perusahaan yang sudah menggunakan teknologi infomasi yaitu PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk. PT. Bukit Asam merupakan perusahaan tambang batu bara yang beroperasi di tanjung enim sumatera selatan. Di PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan kendaraan dinas. Sistem yang sedang berjalan pada saat ini yaitu pegawai yang ingin menggunakan mobil dinas diharuskan mengajukan peminjaman mobil dinas dan memberikan pengajuan kepada bagian POOL kendaraan PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk. Kemudian staff akan mencatat sementara pengajuan pada buku peminjaman dan mengkonfirmasi pengajuan melalui via Telepon. Dengan sistem yang ada saat ini memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk pengecekan data izin peminjaman kendaraan dan pengecekan data yang dibutuhkan terhadap pengemudi yang sedang bertugas atau tidak, hal ini dapat menghambat kinerja pegawai. Pembuatan Aplikasi Peminjaman Mobil Dinas pada PT. Bukit Asam berbasis Website ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Dengan beberapa menu diantarnya menu Home, Profile, Mobil, Keranjang, Form Peminjaman, Laporan peminjaman mobil dinas, Data Supir, Data Pengguna, Data Admin, Login dan Logout.
