Abstract

PT. Indonesia Fibreboard Industry Tbk. (Disingkat dengan IFI) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) dan produk kayu olahan lainnya. Perseroan yang berdomisili di Jakarta Utara, dan pabrik yang berlokasi di Sumatera Selatan. Metode Weighted Moving Average (WMA) adalah untuk menghasilkan ramalan atau perkiraan yang lebih akurat dari data waktu dengan memberikan bobot yang berbeda pada nilai terbaru dan lebih sedikit pada nilai lampau. Penekanan pada nilai terbaru memberikan gambaran yang lebih akurat di dalam perubahan data. Hasil perhitungan untuk tiga (3) periode dan data yang didapat selama satu tahun, maka diperoleh perkiraan kayu yang didapat dari jenis KKRC yang harus disiapkan untuk kegiatan produksi pada bulan Januari 2020 adalah 7621,18667 dan dibulatkan menjadi 7.621 dengan nilai Et adalah 7.621 dan MSE adalah 5280226,02. Pada aplikasi prediksi yang dibuat untuk manajemen produksi kayu menggunakan Metode Weighted Moving Average (WMA) Pada PT. Indonesia Fibreboard Industry Tbk ini mampu diimplementasikan sebagai sarana perhitungan prediksi produksi kayu yang akan diterapkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web sehingga sistem yang digunakan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.
