Abstract
Kegiatan inventarisasi fasilitas kantor tentu dimiliki oleh sebuah perusahaan terutama PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. Inventarisasi yang dilakukan pada perusahaan tersebut masih manual. Dimana pencatatannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan excel. Data yang sudah tersimpan terkadang sering hilang. Hal ini yang mengakibatkan perusahaan tersebut untuk mencatat data inventaris fasilitas kantor secara berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi inventarisasi fasilitas kantor berbasis web mobile pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data inventaris fasilitas kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai pengembangan sistem dan metode k-means clustering sebagai analisis sistem. Melalui metode k-means, aplikasi akan mengklaster data inventaris berdasarkan kondisi barang. Dalam hal ini cluster yang digunakan yaitu 2 cluster, cluster 1 kondisi baik dan cluster 2 kondisi rusak.
