Abstract
Stok barang merupakan sejumlah barang atau produk yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan atau organisasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan atau digunakan dalam opeerasi bisnis. Jumlah stok barang yang tepat dapat membantu perusahaan menghindari kekurangan stok barang yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran operasional dan juga dapat menghindari terlalu banyak stok yang dapat menyebabkan biaya penyimpanan yang tinggi dan kerugian finansial. Salah satu metode SPK yang dapat digunakan untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut yaitu metode Single Moving Averange (SMA). Metode SMA adalah metode peramalan yang menggunakan sejumlah data aktual permintaan yang baru untuk membangkitkan nilai ramalan untuk permintaan dimasa yang akan datang. Metode moving average cocok digunakan untuk data jangka Panjang. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan SMA, pertiga bulan dalam hitungan dan data selama satu tahun didapatkan perkiraan pena Kenko bulan januari 2023 yang harus disiapkan pada periode selanjutnya yaitu 33,66666667 jika dibulatkan menjadi 34 dengan nilai kesalahan MAD adalah 6,962962963, MSE bernilai 81,08641975, dan MAPE bernilai 23,06418738 atau 23%.
