Abstract

Tujuan dari penyusunan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi Monitoring Anggaran di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) menggunakan metode Weighted Product Berbasis Website. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Weighted Product digunakan untuk membantu dalam menentukan goal atau keputusan. Konsep yang digunakan adalah dengan pembobotan dengan rating suatu variabel penilai. Masalah yang didapat di BPKAD saat ini monitoring anggaran masih dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi dan tidak efektif untuk pegawai. Hal tersebut membuat BPKAD kesulitan dan memakan banyak waktu terhadap monitoring anggaran. Output yang dihasilkan berupa Laporan anggaran yang masuk dan keluar. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari beberapa form yang terbagi menjadi 3 tampilan, yaitu tampilan utama admin,kepala BPKAD dan kepala desa. Dalam pemecahan masalah penulis menggunakan metode Weighted Product sebagai sistem monitoring anggaran yang berbasis website. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dan dapat mempermudah admin dalam proses monitoring anggaran di BPKAD KAB.Empat Lawang
