Abstract
Laporan ini membahas tentang rancangan sistem infromasi akuntansi penjualan pada CV. Mercu Suar Palembang yang berguna untuk mempermudah proses transaksi penjualan tunai yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mercu Suar Palembang. Penulis melakukan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara memperoleh informasi dan dokumentasi serta informasi tambahan dari buku, jurnal, dan internet. Dari informasi langsung yang diperoleh oleh penulis ditemukan masalah yaitu perusahaan yang belum menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi yang terkomputerisasi dalam hal pencatatan transaksi penjualan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pembahasan yang akan dibahas meliputi rancangan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan yang baru secara terkomputerisasi dengan coding aplikasi yang dibuat, dan melakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi yang dirancang untuk menguji sistem, melatih pengguna, dan aplikasi yang berhasil diuji dapat diterapkan di CV. Mercu Suar Palembang. Sesuai dengan hasil pembahasan, saran yang dapat diberikan sebagai bahan masukan untuk perusahaan yaitu sebaiknya perusahaan mulai menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi yang telah dibuat dan terus melakukan pengembangan dan modifikasi sistem informasi akuntansi saat ini untuk kemajuan perusahaan.
