Abstract

Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya relevan atas pesanan pada B.A.D Puncak Jaya. Penulis memperoleh data primer dari wawancara. Informasi tentang biaya relevan merupakan hal penting yang dibutuhkan bagi perusahaan dalam menentukan keputusan yang akan diambil secara tepat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keputusan yang akan diambil secara tepat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keputusan perusahaan untuk menerima pesanan meja,kursi dan lemari adalah keputusan yang tepat serta keputusan perusahaan untuk menolak pesanan meja,kursi, dan lemari adalah keputusan yang kurang tepat. Sebaiknya manajemen perusahaan menerapkan perhitungan biaya relevan dalam menerima atau menolak pesanan sehinggga keputusan yang diambil adalah keputusan yang tepat.
