Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to identify the kinds of complaint at Front Office Department in the Aryaduta Hotel Palembang and how the Front Office Department handled the complaint. Dealing with this report which is entitled “ The Study of Handling Complaint at Front Office Department in The Aryaduta Hotel Palembang”, the writer faces some problems to be discussed in this final report, they are what actually kind of guest’ complaints in Front Office Department and how those complaints are handled by Front Office Department. In this case the writer gets the data through interview and observation where in analyzing data. The writer used various references that are related to the final report. The writer finds there are actually some complaints faced by Front Office Department which consist of Mechanical Problem, Attitudinal Problem, Service Related Problem and Service Related Problem in uncommon condition where the ways of handling them are quite appropriate with what stated by several experts
