Abstract

Concrete which compose by hidraulic cement, coarse agregate, fine agregate, water with or without admixture or additive. The great of enhancement from the necessity of cocncrete constituent triggers rock mining as one of concrete constituent material. Which cause decreasement of the existing natural resource. These will effects the coarse aggregate necessity as one of concrete constituent material. To fullfill the necessity of low existing natural resource find the subtitude alternative which appropriated the standard . There is a limestone mining in Ogan Komering Ulu which dominated by limestone’s excavation. These becomes a reason the use of limestone to fullfill the concrete constituent material by people around. This research aims to find the increased or the Decreased percentage that will effect the compressive strength on the 28th day with the percentage compositions: 0%; 25%; 50%; 75%; and 100%. Based on the result of the compressive strength research in laboratory proves that the reduction of compressive strength on the 28th day: 28,76% ; 28,82%; 28,92%; 52,91% for each limestone composition. Key word : concrete, compressive strength, Lime stone.
