Abstract

Bulldozer is one of heavy aquipment. This unit for the application process as a dozing and ropping. Where the cost of care for very dominant at undercarriage components. To reduce the cost unscheduled maintenance of component undercarriage bulldozer, concentration at the improvement maintenance program used RCM method. Objective of the researct is improve and reduce cost demage unscheduled maintenance undercarriage components. Research results of improvement maintenance program undercarriage components implemented by specifying with preventive maintenance program. Using several kinds of media, among other : form standard opration prosedure, form work instruction and form job schedule sheet at implementation of preventive maintenance.
